We will then check the details (ring size/ neck size etc. Please see our data sheets for ring sizes). Then send you an up to date quote or if the item is in stock you will receive an Invoice from PayPal ( Which allows you to choose your best method of secure payment). |

If the item is in stock, the item/s will be despatch to the address given to PayPal by you on the next working day. If the item requires making, you will be advised on a despatch date which is usually approximately ten to fourteen days. If there is a problem we will inform you immediately. So if you have a deadline to work to e.g. Birthday / Anniversary / Engagement / Wedding. You must inform us to prevent disappointment. |

Postage and packing is charged at the Royal Mail rates for "Special Delivery" which for example a ring in it's box will be £5.75 (domestic despatch). For worldwide despatch we will inform you before you place your order. |
